Gilbert G. Garcia
Attorney at Law

Mr. Garcia received his B.A. degree in government from Notre Dame University in 1975 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978.

After he received his Texas State Bar license in 1978, Mr. Garcia was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army where he served as legal counsel in the Judge Advocate General Corps.

His background includes litigation as an Associate District Attorney in Bastrop, Texas, and an Assistant County Attorney for Civil Affairs (section chief) in Montgomery County, Texas.

Mr. Garcia is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, (past president) the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Montgomery County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (Past President).

Gilbert Garcia is Board Certified in Criminal Law.
